Julia Child once said “People who love to eat are always the best people.”  We must be REALLY, REALLY good people because we LOVE to eat!  We are total Food Network junkies, and are some of the only people we know who actually cook a real dinner every night.  We get real joy out of preparing a meal and can’t wait to take advantage of all of the farmer’s markets, local butchers and fishmongers, and local specialty food shops we’ll experience during this trip.  The recipe testing has already begun – time to dig in!
